Job summary

Keystone Cooperative in Indiana is seeking an energetic outside propane sales driver to grow residential, commercial and farm accounts. You will deliver propane to customer locations, provide service, and assist with installations as needed.

Candidates must hold a Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, plus strong communication and computer skills. A High School diploma is required and outside sales experience is a plus; physical work includes lifting up to 75 lbs and climbing

Qualifications

• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required or ability to obtain
• Proficient computer skills and strong communication
• Outside sales experience and territory knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane to customer locations in an efficient, punctual and safe manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering inquiries
• Build customer base within sales territory by prospecting (cold calls)
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures
• Operate truck following established safety procedures
• Perform installation, removal and service as needed
• Provide back up to Energy department as needed
