Job summary

Hopkins Propane, a Meritum Energy Holdings Company, is seeking a motivated Propane Delivery Driver to join the team! This position will support operations for the Hopkins Propane office in Stigler, OK, but can be based out of Poteau, OK.

This role involves loading, transporting and delivering propane to residential and commercial customers using a bobtail truck (3,000 - 5,000 gallon capacity). A Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements is required, along with strong communication and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A or B with hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• LP Delivery certification through the Oklahoma RRC preferred (or ability to obtain).
• TWIC card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complies with city, state, and federal regulations.
• Loads, secures, transports, and delivers propane and fuel to residential/commercial locations.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment transporting hazardous materials.
• Maintains accurate records documenting inspections, hours of service, product transported, and miles driven in DOT compliance.
• Maintains vehicle readiness through regular maintenance and timely reporting of issues.
• Reports larger service needs to supervisor and ensures safety of deliveries.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
