Job summary

Campbell Oil Company seeks a Propane Delivery Driver to safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You will operate delivery vehicles, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires CDL with HazMat endorsements, adherence to DOT regulations, and the ability to work in varying conditions. Training and safety programs are provided, with opportunities for growth within a family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with required endorsements (HazMat endorsement may be required).
• Previous experience in propane delivery, fuel delivery, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and hazardous materials handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck and follow routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Deliver propane to homes, businesses, and construction sites per schedule.
• Inspect and load propane tanks; ensure equipment is functioning.
• Follow safety protocols for unloading into customer storage.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Monitor for leaks and ensure safety valves are operational.
• Communicate delivery details and options to customers.
• Maintain delivery records and complete tickets and safety docs.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in safety training.
