Job summary

ThompsonGas in Denver, CO is seeking a Propane Delivery Driver to join our team of professionals committed to delivering safe, reliable energy and excellent customer service.

You will complete daily local routes (home each night), inspect and operate a propane delivery vehicle, record readings on a tablet, and adhere to DOT and state regulations. CDL-A or CDL-B with tanker and hazmat endorsements required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A or CDL-B required.
• Valid Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical examinations.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance checks.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Availability to work on-call rotations as needed (evenings/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily propane to local customers.
• Follow a predetermined route and report changes to the manager.
• Record deliveries, meter readings, and tank percentages via Tablet.
• Inspect vehicle at start of day and report needed maintenance.
• Inspect, paint, and repair tanks owned by the company.
• Interact with customers professionally and address questions/concerns.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests as needed.
• Comply with all DOT/state regulations regarding hazardous materials transport.
