Job summary

Pinnacle Propane is hiring a Driver I to deliver propane safely to residential and commercial customers from Grand Prairie, TX. The role requires a valid CDL (A/B/C) with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements or eligibility, DOT compliance, and strong safety focus. You will perform inspections, route planning, and on-site education while supporting on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of truck driving experience preferred.
• Valid CDL (Class A/B/C) with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brakes endorsements.
• Ability to operate in adverse weather and follow DOT rules.
• Strong safety awareness and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and deliver propane to residential and commercial locations.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of the bobtail truck.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicle and report defects promptly.
• Meet delivery time windows and maintain professional customer relations.
• Follow routing instructions and adjust for weather, traffic, or customer needs.
• Provide basic propane safety education to customers on-site.
