Folger Gas in Blue Ridge, GA seeks a Propane Delivery Driver to safely operate a Class B propane truck and deliver to residential and commercial customers. On‑the‑road training offered, including assistance obtaining a Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement.

Requires safety focus, independent work, and top‑notch customer service. Role involves on‑call rotations, winter overtime, and outdoor work across varying terrain.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement (company-paid training).
• Ability to complete hazardous materials training and apply it on the job.
• Must live close enough to respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner.
• Physically able to operate a Class B delivery truck and hoses throughout the day.
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather and on uneven terrain.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class B propane delivery truck.
• Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers accurately.
• Safely connect, pump, and disconnect propane at customer locations.
• Complete required hazardous materials training and follow safety procedures.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles for safe operation.
• Maintain delivery records and required documentation.
• Work additional hours during the winter heating season as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergencies.
