Job summary

BrightStar Propane in Westerville, OH is seeking a Propane Driver to load, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, vehicle inspections, on-call rotations, and collaboration with service and dispatch teams. Requires a valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work after hours when needed. Benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work on-call and outside regular hours when required.
• Commitment to following safety procedures without exception.
• Experience with basic computer systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with DOT inspections and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location.
• Work collaboratively with service and dispatch teams to support operational goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as business needs require.
