Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B with Hazmat endorsement — REQUIRED.
• Previous delivery, commercial driving, propane, or related service experience is a plus.
• Propane experience/certification (CTEP) preferred.
• Willingness to learn propane delivery and service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck throughout assigned service areas
• Load liquid propane at the bulk plant and transport it to residential customer locations
• Deliver propane to customer tanks using delivery hoses and related equipment
• Perform service work, including changing regulators, completing gas checks, and assisting with new customer tank sets
• Complete required delivery and service documentation
• Become familiar with assigned routes and customers and efficiently manage daily deliveries
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Deliver approximately 40,000 gallons of propane per month, with volume varying based on demand
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT and propane-handling regulations
