Job summary

Brad Hall Companies is hiring for a propane delivery role in Idaho Falls. You will load, transport and deliver propane to customers while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring safety compliance.

Role requires a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement and a clean driving record. You will learn delivery routes, assist with tank maintenance, and participate in a team focused on efficient, safe service.

Job Summary

Load, transport and deliver propane to customers. Complete all aspects of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential

• Follow Company safety standards and report issues.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections on transport vehicle and equipment.
• Understand all facets of propane systems.
• Load and unload propane from transport vehicle.
• Fill customers propane tanks.
• Ensure delivery route is completed efficiently.
• Act as customer service representative and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect payments timely and appropriately.
• Respond to customer calls and ensure that customer concerns are resolved promptly and appropriately.
• Proper OOg procedure and documentation
• Obtain and maintain appropriate licensure including:
• Applicable State licenses
• NPGA certified

Additional

• Assist in setting tanks, tank maintenance, and so forth.
• Assist in sales process as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required

• Two or more years experience in propane or fuel delivery or an associated industry.
• Possess a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement and have anacceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to learn company systems and processes.
• Adheres to the companys values and ethical expectations.
• Able to learn delivery routes and strong direction acuity.

Preferred

• Trade or technical school (Certificate or diploma) in an applicable field.
• Three or more years experience with propane industry, fuel industry, or transportation industry.
