Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking Cylinder Delivery Drivers to ensure safe and timely propane deliveries to our customers. The role involves loading/unloading cylinders, accurately recording deliveries, and providing excellent customer service while upholding high safety standards.

You will load and transfer propane to/from containers, collect signatures, and use technology to track inventory and print delivery tickets.

Qualifications

CDL Class A or B with Airbrake/Hazmat endorsements required.
DOT medical certification must be current.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 60 lb.
Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience preferred.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Transfer, load, and deliver propane to customers from bulk truck, tanks, and cylinders.
Collect customer signatures and payments for deposits when required.
Provide brochures with price lists and contact numbers to customers.
Keep the vehicle clean and organized and maintain safety standards.
Record delivery tickets, monitor inventory, and print reports as needed.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report any issues to Fleet Manager.
Coordinate with Dispatcher for routing and scheduling; report issues promptly.
Lift up to 60 lbs consistently as part of daily duties.
