Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is hiring Cylinder Delivery Drivers to safely deliver propane to customers and manage loading/unloading of cylinders. You will use state-of-the-art tools, maintain vehicle safety, and collaborate with dispatch for efficient routing.

Candidates need a CDL, Hazmat/airbrake endorsements, and a valid DOT medical card. The role is full-time with potential year-round or seasonal employment, offering a supportive culture, competitive pay, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience.
• CDL Class A or B with Airbrake and Hazmat endorsements.
• Current DOT medical certification.
• Basic mechanical experience.
• Willingness to work during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Transfer, collect, load, and deliver propane products to and from containers (bulk truck, tanks, and/or cylinders) for customers.
• Collect customer signatures/stamps and payments for deposit if necessary.
• Offer customers brochures with basic price lists and contact numbers.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Leverage technology to monitor and track the transfer of propane inventory, tank levels, and container sizing; print delivery tickets and complete daily driver reports.
• Maintain equipment to safety standards; conduct pre- and post-vehicle inspections and site inspections.
• Collaborate with Dispatcher for routing; notify of issues immediately.
• Must be willing and able to lift 50-100 pounds consistently.
