Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CDL with hazmat endorsements, and a clean driving record. Tanker experience preferred; propane certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL with hazmat endorsements required.
• Propane certification preferred but not required.
• No more than 1 moving violation in 2 years.
• 1+ years tanker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads, secures, transports and delivers propane to residential and commercial locations.
• Delivers cylinders on a side load truck and unloads cylinders as needed.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and adheres to DOT regulations.
• Maintains logs of inspections, hours of service, and miles driven.
• Ensures timely vehicle maintenance and reports larger needs to supervisor.
• Safely handles testing and transport of bulk propane per standards.
• Complies with all city, state, and federal regulations and PPE usage.
