Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B with Hazmat endorsement is required.
• Delivery driver experience with freight handling and route driving preferred.

The CDL Driver Hazmat will play a vital role in maintaining efficient delivery operations while adhering to strict safety standards. This is a heavy touch freight role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles.
• Drive route-specific deliveries while maintaining adherence to schedules and safety protocols.
• Transport hazardous materials in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage logs, and safety documentation.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies during transportation activities.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status or issues encountered during routes.
