Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience directly leading others.
• Ability to meet strict timelines.
• Basic computer-based skills (ERP, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders for weekly Propagation are completed on time and to quality expectations.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff; foster teamwork and continuous learning.
• Communicate daily operations with Growing and Task teams on items produced.
• Prepare and explain work plans for teams when working past normal shift hours (evenings/weekends).
• Monitor and report production metrics; provide insights to senior management.
• Follow company processes and protocols for workmanship, training, maintenance, and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
