Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
- Proven track record of successful trading.
- Strong risk management and decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to work with trading platforms and interpret market data.
- Effective communication with other traders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strict risk management discipline.
- Prioritize market-moving information and data that requires immediate action.
- Manage multiple open positions and monitor hedged exposure.
- Analyze market catalysts to support trades.
- Understand market cycles to adapt trading strategies.
- Pass-through fees for Market Exchange Data, FINRA (if required) and administrative costs.
- First loss capital.
