Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on fabrication experience in themed environments.
• Ability to read and build from engineering shop drawings and sketches.
• Experience with UL-listed control panels or similar fabrication environments.
• Proficiency with DMX lighting systems and show control basics.
• Strong woodworking skills for scenic carpentry and structures.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom scenic elements and structural components from shop drawings.
• Prototype and iterate new concepts during workshopping phases.
• Maintain high quality craftsmanship and professional standards.
• Adhere to OSHA safety protocols during fabrication and installation.
• Operate or supervise CNC routers, laser cutters, and related tools.
• Work with electricians or controls technicians on electrical installations.
