Qualifications

• 2–4 years of litigation experience, ideally within an AmLaw 100 or comparable environment.
• Strong interest or experience in Proposition 65, product liability, or complex regulatory litigation.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing responsibility in a fast-paced practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research and regulatory analysis.
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and client-facing memoranda.
• Support and manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
