Alignerr is seeking a Prompt Writer (AI Training) to craft prompts that push AI models to think, reason, and respond with accuracy and safety. This fully remote, hourly contract role welcomes creative writers with a love of language and ideas, offering flexible scheduling and ongoing project opportunities.

No technical or AI background is required; you’ll work independently and asynchronously, committing 10–40 hours per week from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

• Craft original, diverse, and creative prompts across topics, formats, and difficulty levels.
• Design questions, scenarios, and tasks to challenge AI reasoning and problem-solving.
• Write prompts that probe AI accuracy, creativity, safety, and edge-case behavior.
• Follow style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
• Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback and evolving project needs.
