Job summary

Enloe Health in Chico, CA is seeking a per diem Prompt Care clinician to evaluate, treat, and triage patients requiring urgent care. The position offers flexible 4–6 shifts per month with 8-hour shifts and weekend coverage.

The role features an hourly rate of $160 plus productivity, malpractice coverage, and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team for adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Qualifications

• ACLS required
• PALS preferred
• Eligible for or licensed in California

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and triage patients requiring urgent or higher-level care
• Perform minor procedures including suturing, I&D, foreign body removal, splinting, sprains, minor burns, and fractures
• Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team caring for adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients

Education

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine

Position Highlights
