Job summary

Robinson Rancheria Resort And Casino is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute promotions, drawings, giveaways, and special events for casino guests. You will oversee Players Club operations, enrollment, benefits, and guest service standards.

The role focuses on increasing player loyalty and visitation, analyzes program performance, trains the team, coordinates with Marketing, and ensures compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in casino marketing, promotions, or Players Club preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotions, drawings, giveaways, and special events.
• Oversee daily operations of the Players Club including enrollment, benefits, and guest service standards.
• Develop strategies to increase player loyalty, carded play, and guest retention.
• Analyze promotion and loyalty program performance and recommend improvements.
• Train and supervise Players Club team members to maintain high performance and service.
• Coordinate with Marketing and gaming teams to ensure seamless event execution.
