Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Able to stand for the duration of shift.
• Basic keyboard/computer skills required.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain TAM card and gaming registration.

Responsibilities

• Work events, promotions and concerts as assigned.
• Perform duties in line with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Take on additional duties as requested.
