Job summary

iHeartMedia in Latham, NY seeks a part-time Promotions Assistant to support promotions, events and marketing. You will help run remotes and tent setups, manage prize logistics and assist during campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring experience with MS Office, Photoshop and social media, plus a valid license and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. This seasonal, part-time role offers hourly pay and opportunity to engage with communities through live events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms.
• Excellent driving record and valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift or move 40-pound objects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in outdoor promotions and/or marketing/customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes promotions such as remotes, events, van appearances and other marketing activities.
• Coordinates contest prize inventory, prize sheets, prize fulfillment and release forms.
• Set up and break down audio equipment, promotional tents, hang banners and other staging elements.
• Activate promotional events with games and music.
• Interact with attendees at promotional events.
• Capture and recap promotional events via photos, video, audio, social media, etc.
• Drive promotional vehicles.
