Audacy Denver is seeking a Promotions Assistant to support on-site activations for multiple stations. You will assist with setup, on-site contests, winner coordination, and media coverage at events.

The role requires a people-oriented, energetic team player who can lift gear and work nights/weekends. This part-time, on-site position offers exposure to live events, promotions software, and a path to grow within a dynamic radio portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site promotional events and coordinate clients and listeners.
• Set up, break down, and transport equipment.
• Run audio and other equipment during events.
• Hang banners and staging elements at events.
• Capture event photos/videos for social media and recaps.
• Manage winner paperwork and waivers when needed.
