TEAM Enterprises in Green Bay is seeking part-time Promotional Specialists to represent our client’s brand at local events, engage with consumers, and build brand affinity through interactive activations. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to work with a well-known brand in a dynamic events environment.

You’ll collaborate with the Regional Manager, execute themed events, distribute materials, capture impact through recaps and photos, and help grow client membership in the market.

• Previous experience in marketing events or as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Model preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have access to a smartphone.

• Execute fun, themed, interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars and other special events as needed.
• Work with the designated Regional Manager who will assign each event, train and report results
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activations
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items or additional collateral and products provided
• Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recaps and event photos
• Build brand awareness and help increase client members
• Assist in event setup / breakdown of promotional assets

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are searching for part-time Promotional Specialists. The Promotional Specialist will represent our client’s brand at events throughout the designated market and will engage with consumers while building brand affinity with key influencers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a very well-known brand and to help grow its popularity in select markets.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $30 per hour. Rates may vary based on market, location, and program requirements. The applicable hourly rate will be confirmed during the hiring process.
