Job summary

Moodreact is seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, product presentations, and event operations. You will be part of a collaborative team delivering in-person experiences that connect with customers and drive interest.

Ideal candidates enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and contributing to successful events. Prior event or customer service experience is a plus, but not required, as we offer paid training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities.
• Communicate customer questions and event needs to team members.
• Assist coworkers with event-related activities and daily priorities.
• Help organize and store promotional materials after events.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
