Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Promotional Claims Accrual Analyst to join our Finance team in the United States. You will review, manage, and adjust accruals related to promotional spend, partnering with Accounting Leadership, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales to ensure timely and accurate month- and quarter-end closes.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in accounting, 1-3 years analytical experience, strong Excel and Office skills, and familiarity with PowerBI, SAP, Salesforce, and VIP-PPM.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• 1-3 years of analytical experience.
• Strong Excel and Office Suite skills; PowerBI, SAP, Salesforce, and VIP-PPM knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, manage, analyze, and adjust promotional spend accruals for month- and quarter-end closes.
• Collaborate with Accounting Leadership, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Accrual Manager and Director as needed, including providing insights on fluctuations and delivering analytical reports.
• Act as SME for assigned Chain/Distributor accounts and guide promotions and related practices.
