Westgate Resorts is seeking a skilled Projects II maintenance professional in Gatlinburg, TN to execute advanced, project-driven tasks across multiple trades. Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on trade & maintenance experience in a resort or commercial environment
Must be detail‑oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to safely use hand tools, electrical & battery powered tools required by the job
Ability to work using ladders, scaffolds, lifts utilizing appropriate PPE
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
