Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
• 5+ years in leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Hires and trains the project management staff.
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
• Develops project management processes across functions to deliver world-class service.
• Lead the most complex projects and guide subordinates.
• Be involved with purchasing in high level vendor discussions and negotiations.
• Negotiate change orders and delivery schedules on large projects.
