As a Project Wastewater Engineer, you will play a key role in leading technical project execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering complex wastewater treatment solutions for municipal and industrial clients. You will apply your technical expertise and project leadership skills to support projects from planning and design through construction and startup while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. To be successful in this role, you will bring strong experience in wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and system design, with expertise supporting municipal and/or industrial treatment facilities. You will have a demonstrated ability to deliver technically complex projects while balancing client expectations, project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives. You are a proactive and collaborative professional with strong project leadership capabilities, including prioritizing tasks, managing client expectations, and mentoring junior staff. Your experience includes project management and design delivery, capital and operations and maintenance (O&M) cost estimating, project scheduling, work planning, and technical documentation. A high level of emotional intelligence, sound engineering judgment, and a solutions‑oriented mindset enables you to effectively navigate complex challenges while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Arcadis offers benefits for full‑time and part‑time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $109,890 – $152,064. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
