Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Project Team Member to install carwash equipment at both new and existing locations in an on-site role in Indianapolis. You will contribute to new construction projects and store remodels while modeling Safety as a core value.

The position is full-time with travel required and strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. Applicants should have 1+ year of project or construction experience, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate good time management.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year project or construction experience.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced operations environment.

The Project Team Member is a full-time position and reports to the Project Manager at Crew Carwash. The primary function of the Project Team Member is to install carwash equipment and components at new & existing locations.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have 1+ year project or construction experience
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Display good time management on delegated tasks
• Adhere to all Crew safety standards
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices

Work Schedule Guidelines:

• Work 5 days/week, Monday-Friday
• 50% travel is required by air or car with a daily per diem and paid hotels
