Job summary

Total Facility Care, LLC is seeking a Project Cleaner to join our Loveland/Fort Collins area team. The role involves early morning shifts, driving a company vehicle to project sites, and performing floor care, carpet cleaning, and light construction cleaning across Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, Windsor.

Qualifications

• Carpet cleaning experience, stripping/buffing/waxing experience OR heavy labor experience.
• Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Work well in a team setting.
• Punctual and Responsible.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

• Report to Loveland main office daily to pick up a company vehicle, equipment, and supplies before reporting to their daily project assignment.
• Efficiently working throughout your entire shift to do a variety of floor/project work, including: stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
• Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Collaborate with your team of project cleaners to meet service deadlines.
• Properly and safely use supplies and equipment to clean windows, strip/buff/wax floors, clean carpets, construction clean ups, and other projects.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

Our Project Cleaners provide detailed and professional specialized cleaning services to our clients throughout Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, and Windsor.
