Bolton & Menk, Inc. in Brookings, SD, is seeking a Project Surveyor, LS to join our team. You will lead survey planning, boundary calculations and project administration, while mentoring staff and supporting client relationships.

We require a SD-licensed LS, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of progressive land survey experience. Travel may be required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, growing firm environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college (or state accepted educational equivalent for licensure).
• Licensed Land Surveyor (LS) in State of South Dakota.
• 5+ years of progressive land survey experience.
• Effective management and leadership skills (i.e. operating with a sense of urgency, managing conflict, exercising tact and patience, providing constructive feedback).
• Working knowledge and skills in CAD and survey software (AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation).
• Working knowledge of specialized software processes for managerial, supervisory and QA/QC purposes appropriate to the area of practice).
• Possess valid driver's license; May require travel, may include extended overnight stays.

What You Will Be Doing:
