Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, working with teams, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Based in Ohio with local travel to customer facilities, you will supervise on-site teams, train staff, and maintain strong customer relationships while driving quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
