The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction management, strong communication with clients and trade partners, and proficiency with Salus, PlanGrid, MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

As Project Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in the successful day-to-day management and supervision of a project, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. You will act as the primary on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to achieve project objectives.
$120,000-140,000 per year. This is a good faith estimate based on available market data. Final offers depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, cell phone allowance, and all company-sponsored employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match and profit sharing, student loan assistance, and PTO.
