Clayco, with Ventana as part of its family, seeks a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on design-build construction projects nationwide. You will manage onsite construction, quality control for MEP, start-up and testing, and coordinate with project teams across disciplines.

The role requires a B.S. in construction/engineering or equivalent experience, 5–10 years in technical commercial/industrial construction, and a strong safety mindset with willingness to travel or relocate to job

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent trade experience progressing to management.
• 5–10 years in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management on projects of 50+ million, preferably design-build.
• Ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors within budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.
• Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.

The Role We Want You For

As a Project Superintendent, you will be based on the construction project site and will be responsible for field operations and onsite construction management of design-build construction projects, specifically quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, construction, start up, and testing on highly complex projects nationwide.

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent trade experience with progression to management levels.
• 5-10 years of experience in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management, on projects of 50+ million, ideally with design-build experience.
• Ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.
• Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
