Job summary

The Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee profitable installation of project work on medium to large projects.

You will direct co-workers, interface with trades, and manage safety, planning, cost and productivity while upholding our SQP culture. You will maintain high level client relationships, coordinate across teams, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

Summary

The Project Superintendent directly and through subordinate Superintendents, oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating and directing other trades. Responsible for all areas on medium or large projects including prime contracts. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture. Responsible for high level client relationship through professional conduct.

The Project Superintendent will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality and productive (SQP) manner. Requirements

Compensation for this position is expected to range from $115,385 to $150,000 annually.

Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, training, skills, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.

In addition to base compensation, eligible co-workers may participate in company-sponsored benefits, which may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings plans, and other company-sponsored benefit programs, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
