Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to join our Clinical Solutions team. You will provide project and operational support to the clinical team and assist with coordination across studies in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have entry-level clinical research exposure, experience with Veeva Vault CTMS, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and adapt as priorities evolve to drive study success.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in Clinical Research with understanding of trial processes.
  • Experience with Veeva Vault CTMS.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating meetings and follow-ups.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
  • Experience working with Veeva Vault CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $40,900.00 - $79,900.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
