Renuity is seeking a Project Specialist in Denver to provide administrative support to the Install Managers, coordinating materials, labor, and schedules to keep projects on track. You will deliver world-class service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You will handle phone and email inquiries, create and organize job folders, process orders, and maintain documentation daily to ensure accuracy and timely delivery across all project phases.

The Project Specialist's duties and responsibilities include providing project administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Install Manager. In this position, the Project Specialist will coordinate with the Install Manager, using problem-solve and organizational skills to provide logistical support throughout the entire job life cycle. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as you will assist the Install Manager in coordinating materials and labor (both employees and subcontractors) while keeping their projects on schedule. Familiar with a variety of the Company's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all the Project Specialist's duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
