Huhtamaki in the United States is launching a Commercial Career Program—a sales/marketing rotation track designed to give you a comprehensive view of our processes, products, and customer engagement strategies.

You'll rotate through Customer Service, Sales Operations, and Product Management, with mentorship from senior leaders and regular performance feedback. The program spans 12–18 months and is based in De Soto, KS, with opportunities to travel and relocate within the US as you grow.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Our Commercial Career Program is a sales/marketing rotation program designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our sales processes, products, and customer engagement strategies. This program offers a unique opportunity to rotate through various customer service and sales functions, receive mentorship from experienced sales or product management professionals, and develop the skills needed to excel in a career at Huhtamaki.

Program Structure

  • Duration: 12-18 months training
  • Rotations: 2-3 rotations across different commercial functions (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management)
  • Training: Comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional development
  • Mentorship: Pairing with senior sales/product mgmt.. leaders and mentors
  • Evaluation: Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions

Essential Functions

  • Acclimate to Huhtamaki, products, and processes.
