Schedule: Monday through Friday. From 7:00am to 5:00pm, hours & days can vary based upon Owner/GC requirements and workload.
Elite Surface Infrastructure (ESI), based in Englewood, CO, is a leading self-performing civil contractor serving Colorado since 1998. ESI specializes in Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for commercial, municipal, and federal projects.
The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing all field operations and production activities on heavy civil construction projects valued from $100K to $20M+. This role oversees crew supervision, daily production, quality control, safety compliance, and equipment coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. The Project Superintendent leads field personnel across ESI's self-performing disciplines: asphalt paving, concrete operations, earthwork & grading, utilities installation, and traffic control operations.
