Job summary

FairchildHR, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our Jacksonville, FL team. This full-time, on-site role collaborates with project managers to develop and monitor construction schedules, ensuring timely delivery.

The incumbent will manage timelines, track progress, identify delays, and coordinate submittals and reviews with the schedule. Travel is not required, and the position reports to the President.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating construction project schedules.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 (minimum of 2 years experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Project Scheduler

Jacksonville, Florida

This full-time, on-site position is based in Jacksonville, FL and reports directly to the President. The Project Scheduler will create, maintain, and monitor construction project schedules, coordinating with project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include developing timelines, tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and ensuring resource availability. The role also involves managing submittal registers, transmittal logs, and coordinating critical submittal dates with the project schedule, accounting for review and lead times. No travel required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating construction project schedules
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 (minimum of 2 years experience)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
