YOUR TASKS

  1. Manage, lead, and control multiple projects.
  2. Serve as the direct interface with customers or sub-contractors regarding project contracts and schedules, including organizing technical presentations, contract reviews, and design reviews, as well as providing project progress reports for management or customer review.
  3. Coordinate with other Faeth associated companies to manage resources and obtain necessary engineering, design, or process information required for manufacturing, installation, and system qualification.
  4. Lead project planning and implementation, including developing detailed project plans, defining tasks, managing resources and budgets, scheduling timelines, and tracking deliverables to meet targets.
  5. Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the completion of system or equipment installation works.
  6. Source components, parts, and suppliers according to customer and project specifications and standards.
  7. Coordinate with onsite subcontractors, the Faeth team, and customers for equipment testing, operation, and commissioning activities.
  8. Adhere to Quality Management and Safety Management System requirements throughout the project.
  9. Implement best practices at project sites and participate in team discussions for effective resource management and utilization.
  10. Prepare and manage safety documentation, including Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Permits to Work.
  11. Maintain project documentation, service reports, and permits as required by customers for equipment-related items.
  12. Ensure equipment operates as per contractual specifications and work towards the project schedule.
  13. Coordinate with customers, consultants, and authorities to prepare and maintain project documentation for final acceptance.
  14. Ensure all systems and equipment are certified accordingly.
  15. Address design or start-up issues promptly, keeping the Project Manager informed with action plans and timelines.
  16. Perform maintenance, calibration, sampling, and troubleshooting tasks as per SOPs and WI.
  17. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, attend to breakdowns, and troubleshoot Faeth products at customer sites locally and overseas.
  18. Provide training and technical support to customers on installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
  19. Gather customer feedback and report product quality issues for improvement.
  20. Participate in post-project reviews to evaluate results, identify problems, and recommend improvements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Diagnose and repair faults, order components, and perform troubleshooting and repairs at customer sites locally and internationally.
  • Train customers on equipment operation and provide technical assistance.
  • Collect feedback for product improvement and participate in project post-mortem evaluations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project planning, management, sourcing, and technical planning, preferably in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or oil & gas industries.
  • Willing to work beyond regular hours, including call-outs and site visits.
  • Strong technical background, marketing skills, and business acumen.
  • Excellent relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working independently.
  • Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
