YOUR TASKS
- Manage, lead, and control multiple projects.
- Serve as the direct interface with customers or sub-contractors regarding project contracts and schedules, including organizing technical presentations, contract reviews, and design reviews, as well as providing project progress reports for management or customer review.
- Coordinate with other Faeth associated companies to manage resources and obtain necessary engineering, design, or process information required for manufacturing, installation, and system qualification.
- Lead project planning and implementation, including developing detailed project plans, defining tasks, managing resources and budgets, scheduling timelines, and tracking deliverables to meet targets.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the completion of system or equipment installation works.
- Source components, parts, and suppliers according to customer and project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with onsite subcontractors, the Faeth team, and customers for equipment testing, operation, and commissioning activities.
- Adhere to Quality Management and Safety Management System requirements throughout the project.
- Implement best practices at project sites and participate in team discussions for effective resource management and utilization.
- Prepare and manage safety documentation, including Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Permits to Work.
- Maintain project documentation, service reports, and permits as required by customers for equipment-related items.
- Ensure equipment operates as per contractual specifications and work towards the project schedule.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, and authorities to prepare and maintain project documentation for final acceptance.
- Ensure all systems and equipment are certified accordingly.
- Address design or start-up issues promptly, keeping the Project Manager informed with action plans and timelines.
- Perform maintenance, calibration, sampling, and troubleshooting tasks as per SOPs and WI.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, attend to breakdowns, and troubleshoot Faeth products at customer sites locally and overseas.
- Provide training and technical support to customers on installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
- Gather customer feedback and report product quality issues for improvement.
- Participate in post-project reviews to evaluate results, identify problems, and recommend improvements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Diagnose and repair faults, order components, and perform troubleshooting and repairs at customer sites locally and internationally.
- Train customers on equipment operation and provide technical assistance.
- Collect feedback for product improvement and participate in project post-mortem evaluations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project planning, management, sourcing, and technical planning, preferably in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or oil & gas industries.
- Willing to work beyond regular hours, including call-outs and site visits.
- Strong technical background, marketing skills, and business acumen.
- Excellent relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working independently.
- Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
