Job summary

HazTek Safety Management in Gainesville, VA is seeking a Project Safety Adviser to oversee complex electrical structures and construction projects, ensuring OSHA compliance and a strong safety culture.

You will consult with executive management on contractor safety plans, review health and safety procedures, and lead meetings, trainings, and daily briefings while coordinating subcontractors to ensure competency. This is a full-time role with opportunities to advance HazTek's safety program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' of construction safety experience with formal qualifications in construction health and safety management.
• Extensive experience in contractor communications, liaising with design teams, and other project professionals.
• Advanced experience working on data center or mission critical builds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in a safety related field.
• Owner's Representative experience.
• NFPA 70e.
