Job summary

Michels Preconstruction Services, Inc. seeks a Project Controls Risk Analyst to identify and manage risks across complex energy, infrastructure and transport projects. You will support quantitative risk analyses, develop three-point estimates and map risks to cost accounts and schedules.

Collaborate with leadership, estimators and operations to strengthen the Michels Risk Management Framework and drive risk-informed decisions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, finance or related field.
• 2–5 years in project risk management, controls, estimating or scheduling.
• Experience with large complex construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Ability to interpret project data and communicate risk drivers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and monitor project risks and opportunities.
• Support risk analyses, three-point estimates and cost/schedule risk modelling.
• Prepare risk dashboards, heat maps and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with project leadership and estimating to improve risk management.
