Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on a capital project from the owner's or EPC's side. You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs for contractors and suppliers, and report quality performance to project leadership.

You will review contractor QC plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspector qualifications, manage nonconformance, and drive corrective actions and lessons learned to turnover readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quality management on construction or industrial capital projects.
• 2+ years leading a project quality program.
• Ability to write actionable quality requirements for contractors.
• ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and contractor/supplier quality requirements derived from it.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies and review QC plans and ITPs.
• Own nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes.
• Report quality metrics and risks to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.
