Job summary

Amoroso Construction is seeking a Project Quality Control Manager to oversee all QC aspects of our projects in the greater Los Angeles basin, with the current opening in the Fullerton area. The role requires on-site presence during construction, coordination with Owner's representatives and inspectors, and leadership of the Contract Quality Control program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years construction experience as a project Superintendent or CQC Manager (or Alternate CQC Manager).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising mechanical features of work in the field with a construction company.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising electrical features of work in the field with a construction company.
• Having completed the Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors or other quality control and Assurance courses would be desired.
• Requires knowledge of contractual obligations, insurance, general conditions.
• Requires strong personal computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel Word and Bluebeam.
• Requires a neat personal appearance, even temperament, and congenial disposition.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and non-employees of all levels.
• OSHA 30 minimum

Under the direction of the Project Executive, the Project Quality Control Manager will be responsible for the duties summarized below. We are seeking an individual that understands the urgency of getting the job done and getting it done correctly. The Project Quality Control Manager is responsible for all quality control aspects of the project. The Project Quality Control Manager may be called upon to assist with other Project management duties as required. Amoroso has projects throughout the greater Los Angeles basin and the current opening would be in the Fullerton Area.
