Job summary

Slalom is seeking a delivery-focused professional to drive business and technology projects from scope through execution. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines, and outcomes, while facilitating ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in consulting environments, strong analytics, and experience with AI-enabled tooling for documentation, reporting, and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management and business analysis in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven success delivering business and technology solutions across industries.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools that support delivery workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or CSM are a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Support the delivery of business and technology projects by managing execution and drivingclarity inrequirements.

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts withinthe deliverycapability.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, ideally in consulting or client-facing environments.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Consultant is $90,000 to $110,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
