Job summary

Global Technical Talent is seeking a Project/Product Manager for Enterprise Learning & Development in Irwindale, CA. This contract role focuses on strategic direction for learning programs to ensure workforce safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead learning initiatives, coordinate with instructional designers, and drive alignment with safety and regulatory requirements while closing performance gaps and shaping organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing the implementation of training initiatives across diverse operating units, assessing effectiveness, identifying gaps, and reporting on outcomes.
• Experience providing oversight of training curriculum maintenance and new development, ensuring programs remain current and aligned with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience making data-driven recommendations and executing complex initiatives that address regulatory and operational challenges.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders, SMEs, and Instructional Designers to prepare and deliver clear and concise training recommendations.
• Experience defining training project requirements, developing implementation roadmaps, and managing execution while navigating obstacles.

Required Skills

• Experience overseeing the implementation of training initiatives across diverse operating units (OUs), assessing effectiveness, identifying gaps, and reporting on outcomes.
• Experience providing oversight of training curriculum maintenance and new development, ensuring programs remain current and aligned with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience making data-driven recommendations and executing complex initiatives that address regulatory and operational challenges.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders, SMEs, and Instructional Designers to prepare and deliver clear and concise training recommendations.
• Experience defining training project requirements, developing implementation roadmaps, and managing execution while navigating obstacles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assessing the impacts of regulatory requirements and safety initiatives on electric grid infrastructure and operational processes for customer service or craft, and experience reporting findings to key regulatory stakeholders.
• Experience interpreting and aligning technical business operations with regulatory requirements across multiple organizational units, including craft work, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
• Experience implementing automation solutions that ensure compliance with policy or governing agencies while embedding safeguards in process design.
