Job summary

The role focuses on developing and maintaining project plans, providing schedules and cost/forecast reporting, and assisting with procurement and cost control activities to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine project schedules, profit-forecasting, and trend reports to operations and senior management.

Project Planner

The Project Planner role supports the project planning team in working with preconstruction, estimating, and operations to develop and deliver successful projects. **

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the preconstruction and operations teams to develop and maintain project plans which include aiding in the delivery of projects that are on schedule and in line with the project's respective estimates. ( one -Community)
• Provide routine project schedules, profit-forecasting, and trend reports tracking performance metrics to operations and senior management team (full-Commitment)
