Qualifications

• Education is welcomed, but relevant skills and experience will be key to success.
• Honesty, accountability and ownership in daily work.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project materials and ensure availability to support timelines and milestones.
• Track inventory, material availability, shortages, and project readiness.
• Communicate updates, risks, and priorities with project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage material transfers between warehouses, production areas, and project locations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain ERP transactions, inventory records, and reporting with high accuracy.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond quickly to urgent material needs and resolve shortages to protect schedules.
• Maintain organized, compliant, and audit-ready inventory processes.
